Major remodel of existing single family home and installation of large rear extension. Complete internal strip out of all plaster boards, architraves, skirting boards and finishes, all existing electrical and plumbing removed ready for total re-wire and re-plumb.
All new Marlin Windows throughout with new summer house and large storage shed. Underfloor heating to entire ground floor. All new insulated plaster boards and plaster work internally, new master walk in wardrobe, new master and house bathrooms and new raised parking area at front of property with new landscaping to all hard surfaces.
New custom entry Total re-roof with Yorkshire stone tiles, new fascia and guttering. Re-decorate the exterior and interior along with a new driveway covering and ASE security gate.
