His areas of expertise include: site remediation, conrete foundations, stone/block contstruction, wood-frame construction, roofing, plastering ,retaining wall systems and water intrusion analysis.
Karl Thomson
Karl has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry, specialising in construction business, and management disciplines. He has successfully managed multiple projects in excess of £1m. His responsibilities include: pre-construction developement, scheduling, monitoring and managing all projects from start to finish.
Karl has gained strong construction knowledge from 8 years as a qualified electrician but over the past 12 years has moved into business development and project management.
Justin Long
Justin has 25 years experience in the construction industry and has established himself as a talented tradesman with strong skills in all aspects of construction. His strengths are in: supervision, communication, on-site construction management, providing all aspects of the project from start to finish.
He excels under pressure and has excellent communication skills between owners, developers, architects, engineers, sub-contractors and inspectors. He has estabished himself as an integral member of the management team.
