Green Street Addingham

Rear extension to a single family property which provided a larger area for kitchen and dining/family area.

Worked closely with architect and owner to provide the best solutions for the project. The extension provided a light filled warm area for the family and gave a nice outlook into the rear garden.

The Oak and render finish along with the big Marlin windows and sky lights brought ample light and gave the exterior a little more warmth and feel to the extension.

Worked with the owner and installed a raised patio area for table and chairs.

Cost: £70k
